Patient Privacy & Confidentiality

The Comprehensive Care Center takes very seriously the sensitivity of our clients’ health information. We strive to handle any protected health information in the same careful manner that we ourselves would like to have our own health information handled. Additionally, in accordance with both federal law (HIPAA) and Tennessee state law, we have established policies that detail how we will maintain the confidentiality of all protected health information entrusted to us in any format, whether paper or electronic, and apply strong sanctions up to and including termination of employment or contracts for anyone not in compliance.
